Lemon Teleport

Uplink facility

Lemon Teleport operates a satellite uplink facility in Dubai Silicon Oasis. We work with television channel owners, broadcasters and content operators that require a direct route from their playout system to satellite.

Our work covers contribution reception, signal checks, encoding and multiplexing where required, uplink transmission, capacity coordination and service monitoring. Clients deal with one technical contact from initial testing through daily operation.

03

SRT contribution

A managed internet contribution path from the client’s playout or studio to our receive point. Connection parameters and test procedures are agreed before transmission begins.

Monitoring and support

The incoming feed and outgoing service are monitored throughout transmission. Our technical team investigates loss of signal, programme interruptions and contribution faults.

Capacity selection

Capacity selection

We are not restricted to one satellite operator. Before capacity is proposed, we review the target countries, intended receiving dish sizes, service format, video bitrate and required transmission period.

The quotation identifies the proposed capacity, coverage and technical delivery method. Final parameters are confirmed after the contribution feed has been tested.
